We managed to make a analysis of the open category from the judo4all2008 event, after all more information for the preparation of first special needs European championships for the elite judokas is more than welcome.
It was in fact interesting to make a analysis and review all the facts.
Overview:
- 132 judokas participate in the clinics.
- 203 Judokas participate in the morning competition.
- 239 Judokas participate in the afternoon competition.
That makes a total of 442 Judokas
- 89 participate in the open event (elite Judokas) in my report to the European judo Union I have stated if all countries register to this event we can estimated proximally 100 judokas. With the mark of this analysis it seems this estimate is on the cautious site. If we figure the France an Italian judokas also in the event we can count 112 elite judokas. If Portugal, Russia, Greece, Hungary, Spain and perhaps unknown countries joining us we have a complete championship.
If we all work together and keep in our mind we do this for our judokas it will be great to have a EJU championship in 2009
