General information:

 

On Saturday, 1th of October 2011 the international G-judo tournament organized by JC Herenthout Mori-No-Otoko will take place for the 6 time. After the great success of the tournament in the previous years, we hope to fill sports hall ‘t Kapelleke again with a day brimful of judo pleasure.

Register:

* Register before the 23st of september 2011: € 3,00 for each participating      judoplayer.

* Register staying over before 1 september.

* At the end of the tournament a medal and a nice souvenir is offered to        each participant!

* Free entry for all visitors.

 

Program:

09.30: opening and warming-up

10.00: start of the competition

12.00: lunch: for all participants and their coaches lunch is included.

17.00: ceremony to conclude the event and hand out the prizes.

 

Stay-over (for abroad delegations):

* Staying over is possible on Friday or Saturday! Careful: this should be          applied for in advance!

* Price:

  For free! A warrant of €20 per person is asked (payment in advance)!

  The warrant will be deposited back, if everyone is present, as agreed on.      Breakfast and dinner on Saturday is included.

* For each five players, 1 coach is free of charge for the stay-over as well.

* It’s best to bring your own sheets/sleeping bag. Sheets can also be              rented for €4,00 per person.

* Staying over for supporters/parents costs €25,00.

* Transportation from and to train station/airport is possible on request.

The municipality of Herenthout is located in southern Kempen, 25 km south-east of Antwerp. The plan of the municipality, with a triangular market place, dates back to the Frankish times. Herenthout was known in 1186 as Herenholts, that is "a wood with hedges of beeches".
